Earlier this month, over 30 volunteers from Interra Credit Union gathered in South Bend to help organize and pack supplies for local donations as well as put together care packages for deployed servicemembers.

There were boxes of school supplies to be donated to The Armory as well as to Mrs Oats’ Center for Veterans. Numerous Christmas bags were packed to be passed out in the Winding Brook neighborhood during their annual holiday light tours. Blue Star Mothers purchased all the items for care packages and will cover postage as well for the 40 care packages assembled.
